The 2020 election fallout is already started. The Supreme Court has now heard arguments over the individual mandate for the Affordable Care Act and Joe Biden looks ever more like the President-elect despite President Trump still disputing the results. 

What does all this mean though for the workforce and for HR professionals as the incoming president has a much different agenda than the previous. Where will his administration look to change the landscape for workplace culture, employment opportunity and labor regulations and standards?
